TRAINING ELEMENTS

RESPONSE ACTIONS

In the unfortunate scenario of an active shooter incident, your organization must be prepared with knowledge and information.  ISG will educate your employees on what they can do to stay as safe as possible.  We will also help your employees understand what actions to expect from law enforcement and the fire department when they respond to an active shooter incident.

Table Top Scenarios

With your organization, we will conduct customized tabletop scenarios. Tabletop exercises can be used as a training tool to simulate an emergency in a learning environment. These exercises will help us identify gaps in your organization’s response plan and will also help define roles and responsibilities if an incident does occur within the organization.

Walk Through

After tabletop scenarios have been completed and discussed and your organization’s response plan determined, Integrated Security Group will complete a walk through exercise of your organization’s response policy with key members of your response plan.

INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS)

The Incident Command System (ICS) is a nationally standardized approach to the command, control, and coordination of emergency response providing a common chain of command within an organization to help with an effective response.

ISG will help you develop your command structure, role, and responsibilities. Then train on those roles through table top scenarios and walk through drills.

RESPONSE KITS

ISG will meet with your organization, discuss and identify concerns or gaps in your emergency response and recommend various equipment to help with your organization’s safety.
